Legal Alliances and Advocacy Resources
Curious about your medical/health rights? Need legal guidance? Help with exemptions? Vaccine injured? Harmed by a pharmaceutical product?
Throughout my health freedom advocacy efforts and years of educating others about informed consent, holistic health, and vaccine risks, — including injury and death, I also became familiar with the legislative and legal process regarding issues surrounding health and the medical industrial complex.
There was, and still is a tremendous need for legal and advocacy support among my friends and community members. The needs range from an advocate or support system at doctor’s visits, hospital procedures, and emergency stays, or legal direction and representation for religious or other health/medical discrimination in the workplace, to medical malfeasance and hospital negligence, personal injury, medical kidnapping, or divorce cases complicated with Child Protective Services (CPS) and co-parenting vaccination retaliation and much more.
There are incredible firecracker attorneys and stellar law firms who specialize in representing families and individuals negatively affected by vaccine damage, injury, or other adverse effects of pharmaceutical products, who can provide help with exemptions (including for college), and who tirelessly fight for religious freedoms, bodily autonomy, free speech, parental rights, and more.
In 2018, I volunteered for Alan Phillips, J.D., who was a trailblazer for vaccine rights, informed consent, exemptions, and an educator of health and employment rights. A humble and brilliant man! (Unfortunately, he was a target for educating and counseling thousands, and his license was suspended.) Phillips’ Substack is included in the list below.
Before 2020, I reported on dozens of vaccine injury and death cases, including a few that settled through the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). Heartbreaking and heart-wrenching to review the autopsy reports, the VICP court records, and read the expert testimonies. Covering those stories and interviewing the families and grieving parents revealed the grueling and tumultuous process of the “Vaccine Kangaroo Court” as it is commonly referred to among freedom warriors and the legal community. The VICP was created as a result of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.
“a no-fault alternative to the traditional tort system. It provides compensation to people found to be injured by certain vaccines. Even in cases in which such a finding is not made, petitioners may receive compensation through a settlement.
The VICP was established after lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers and healthcare providers threatened to cause vaccine shortages and reduce vaccination rates. The Program began accepting petitions (also called claims) in 1988.”
Of all those who file a petition through VICP, the cases that are adjudicated, compensated, or receive any kind of justice are the minority - far more cases are dismissed than awarded.
Since the beginning of VICP on 10/1/1988 until 3/1/24, the U.S. government has paid out $5,050,074,788 and compensated a total of 10,636 cases out of the 27,158 who filed. (Through the link above, you can view the pdf details of which vaccines were given, the injuries, and deaths, and which cases were adjudicated and compensated by year.) Learn more about the VICP and additional info on the U.S. Department of Justice’s site. Here you’ll find info on which vaccines are covered under the VICP. (This article provides the steps of what tests to request after a baby or child dies post-vaccination.) For our Canadian friends, visit the Vaccine Injury Support Program (VISP).
During the "Plandemic” years, I was horrified by how employees were being discriminated against, coerced, or threatened to lose their jobs if they did not comply with the vaccine and mask mandates. Daily I sent exemption and other rights resources and legal referrals to firefighters, teachers, nurses, medical staff, ferry workers, friends, family, and other professionals who sought to keep their jobs and livelihoods without risking, or compromising, or damaging their health.
Grateful to all of the attorneys and advocacy organizations who spoke out and stepped up early on during COVID to provide legal guidance to everyone who was trying to avoid being fired. However, many of us know plenty of unlucky teachers, firefighters, medical and other staff who were fired, and military personnel who were discharged for declining the experimental mRNA gene “therapy” and endless series of vaccine shots and boosters. Some have sued and won; legal precedents have been set, and there are a growing number of cases still battling through the legal process. It is inspiring and empowering to celebrate the bold and courageous who stood their ground and prevailed. *And* there is so much more work to do!
If you or anyone you know needs assistance in determining eligibility, filing vaccine injury cases, workplace discrimination lawsuits, or other legal assistance, the listed contacts below offer a jumpstart to your research. File a Vaccine Adverse Effect Reporting System (VAERS) submission here. It is estimated that fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse effects/injuries and deaths are reported to VAERS. (VAERS is grossly underreported, and doctors, nurses, and medical staff are encouraged *not* to file the VAERS injuries/deaths.) For the latest VAERS data, go here.
